Rebecca Harris, Smyrnea Archeological Research Institute (SARI)
Rebecca Harris has been a Registered Professional Archaeologist since 2001. Ms. Harris has degrees in Anthropology and Archaeology from the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University. Ms. Harris taught college for 10 years and is the founder and executive director of SARI (Smyrnea Archaeological Research Institute). SARI is a non-profit based in New Smyrna Beach and is dedicated to local archaeology and to educating New Smyrnans about the deep and varied past of our region.
